What is bundle pack?

A bundle pack is pre-defined multiples of a single product or a combination of multiple different products, which might be available for purchase at a discounted price. Discount codes are not applicable to these bundles.

How can I track my order?

We ship your products using third-party courier partners. Our courier partners include DTDC, XPRESSBEES, and India Post. To track your orders, follow the tracking link sent to you in the shipment confirmation email. The email contains a shipment tracking ID as well. How Do I know that I have successfully placed the order?

Once our system receives your payment confirmation, it registers your order, and we will begin to process it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order and a confirmation of the same. In this mail, you will receive a unique Order ID (eg. 12345), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, and the expected date of dispatch. You will also receive a notification when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

How does the delivery process work?
